PRESCRIPTIONS - Please note that as from 1 April 2018 we will no longer be taking prescription requests over the phone.  Please bring your prescription request along to the surgery, nominate a pharmacy to order for you, or register for On-line Services and order that way - this is to improve patient safety and patient access to the telephones - thank you for your co-operation.

NEWSLETTER - Our quarterly Newsletter can be viewed by clicking on the Latest News section link on right hand side of Home Page

ONLINE ACCESS:  For Online Access please click on either of the links at the bottom of the Home Page which say:  "Order Your Repeat Prescription Securely Online" OR "Request an Appointment with a GP" - this will then give you the System Online Page where you key in your username and password we gave you.  Note: be very careful when keying is as it is case sensitive 

CANCER SUPPORT GROUP - Group meets every fortnight on a Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:30 at West View Advice & Resource Centre, Miers Avenue, Hartlepool TS24 9JQ - Tel: Dawn (01429) 271275 or email dawn@wvarc30.org.uk for more information.  Upcoming sessions are 10 January 2017 then fortnightly thereafter.

SPECIALIST STOP SMOKING SERVICE SESSIONS - Hartlepool - Sessions are available at various locations/times in Hartlepool Monday-Saturday, please go to Clinics & Services link to view more detailed information on these sessions
 

 

 

Extended Hours

Patients are now able to access services between 1830 hrs and 2000 hrs Monday to Friday and 1000 hrs and 1300 hrs and 1400hrs - 1700 hrs Saturdays and Sundays locally in either Hartlepool or Stockton.

Various services are available including GP, Nurse Practitioner, Smear Clinics, Blood Pressure, Dressings etc.  Appointments are booked via your GP Surgery please ask a member of staff for more details.
