    • In person - hand your repeat slip in to reception with the required items cleary marked or alternatively use the drop off box located in the Reception Area..
    • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
    • Online - by visiting our online prescription service.
    • By telephone - with effect from 1 April 2019 we will no longer be able to take prescription requests via the telephone, this is to improve patient safety and patient access to the telephones - thank you for your cooperation

When requesting repeat prescriptions we need to know the name and strength of all requested medications.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
